In this first module, we will take a closer look at what Kundalini Reiki is, laying a strong foundation for your journey. This module will guide you through an understanding of Reiki as a powerful, yet simple, energy healing modality that harmonizes your body, mind, and spirit.

LET'S TALK ABOUT ENERGY
In this module, we explore the science behind Reiki and how energy works in and around us. To ensure your energy stays balanced and protected, I’ll share a simple but powerful tool you can use every day to shield yourself from negative external influences.

REIKI PRINCIPLES
We take a deep dive into the reiki principles - guiding you through your daily life. The reiki principle have profound power & we uncover all of it together. You also receive 5 meditations - each one helping you to meditate each principle.

ENERGY SYSTEMS
In this module, we take a deep dive into the chakra system, the foundation of Kundalini Reiki Healings. We talk about each chakra in detail - which themes are associated with each chakra, how to know if they are balanced, imbalanced, or blocked, and how to balance them.

With your Kundalini Reiki Toolbox, you will be fully prepared to embark on your healing journey with confidence and clarity. You will learn how to pick your tools and how to work with them for deep healing.

I was born and raised in Germany. I've lived in the Netherlands during my Psychology Studies and can now call Spain my home. Living abroad required a lot of courage but let me tell you, it was worth it!

What is Kundalini Reiki, and how does it work?
Kundalini Reiki is a powerful healing modality that channels universal energy to cleanse and balance your body, mind, and spirit. By attuning to Reiki energy, you learn how to heal yourself and others, clearing energetic blockages and raising your vibration.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is needed! This course is designed for beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice. You’ll be guided step-by-step to unlock your healing potential.
What will I learn in the course?
You’ll learn how to perform self-healing, understand energy systems like chakras and auras, and receive the attunement needed to channel Reiki energy. By the end, you’ll be certified in Kundalini Reiki 1 and ready to heal yourself and others.

The course runs for four weeks and includes recorded video-lessons, downloadable PDF workbooks, guided meditations, and access to a supportive community. You’ll also receive a personal attunement and guidance on completing the final exam to earn your certification.
